10/10 I love Papik! I’ve been a service customer for 3+ years now and I recently got some work done that required me to have a loaner vehicle. It was during the cold snap with negative temps and windchills. Adam from the service dept loaned me a Traverse with heated seats and steering wheel. They’re also very good at communicating with you during your car’s service. For my routine maintenance, I love the easy process. They always work with my schedule.

Great place to get your car worked on! Got me in quick, was very upfront with time it would take to get done and the cost. The fix ended up having some issues and they offered me a loaner car while they continued to try and fix the issue! So happy they are so thorough instead of sending the vehicle home half broken! They kept in contact via phone regularly while my car was being worked on always asking before doing something! What a amazing service team 🙂
I have been doing business with Papik Motors for over 30 years, as well as my Parents and Uncle even before that and they lived out of town. Just had the service dept. work on my daughters vehicle as she was being told by an vendor in Lincoln, NE of issues / concerns with her vehicle. I told her to bring it to Papik's and we would have them take a look. $25.00 later the issue was corrected.
